This policy explains what KOIAK LLC collects through koiak.net, why, where it is kept and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
KOIAK LLC is registered in the United States (Suite 2, 324 Easton Rd, Horsham, PA 19044, USA) and works from Office 10, Block 3, Square 1139, Sheraton, Heliopolis, Cairo, Egypt. You can reach us at success@koiak.net.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, company, role, email, phone or WhatsApp number, your message, and your answers to the Estimate wizard or the ERP Readiness Check. We do not ask for payment details.
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email, we keep that conversation so we can reply and follow up.
Why we use it
To answer your request, prepare an estimate, send the readiness result you asked for, and arrange a call. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.
Where it is kept
Form submissions are emailed to our team and recorded as leads in KOIAK's own Odoo CRM. The services that help us do this (email delivery, Odoo hosting, Cloudflare's spam protection) process the data only to provide their service to us.
Analytics and cookies
We measure visits and button clicks to improve the site. If we use Plausible, no cookies are set and no personal data is collected. If we switch to a cookie-based tool, we will ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
For as long as we are in contact about your request or project, and then only as long as the law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop us contacting you. Email success@koiak.net and we will reply within 24 hours and act within the time the law allows. These rights reflect Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020).
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
